A question.

Is it at all possible to edit a UN Resolution?

Right now the only thing that anyone can do is to repeal the resolution and then make another!

Honestly, that is just overkill and is a waste of bureaucratic effort.

Once a proposal has been submitted, there is no way to edit it.

IC: Yup, it IS a waste of bureaucratic effort, but what can you expect from this crazy UN.

OOC: Also, as I understand it, amendments would be a HUGE technical problem, almost impossible to implement.

You are quite right. The only way to get rid of a resolution is to repeal it.

Amendments are illegal.

Why we don't allow amendments (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=12048208&postcount=173).

OOC: Ah. I should not have been so ignorant of the coding logistics since I am an amateur one myself.
