There is an official thread for this purpose. If you want only region member's opinions, either use your regional message board, or set up your own forum. Invision has free boards that are quite popular.
If you ask nice, I bet at least one of the regulars here would even help you set it up.
I'm not so much a regular, but I could help you set up a forum. I would recommend http://spreebb.com/ over invisionfree though--it's like invisionfree but with more features.
