OBSERVING a nations sovereignty to make decisions about it's national landmarks,
REALIZING that historical sites contribute to a nation's income through tourism,
ACKNOWLEDGING that each nation has the right to choose whether or not an historic site may be destroyed, in order to make way for new industry,
EMPHASIZING that a nation does not exist without industry- the driving force of economy,
NOTING that resolution #15 incorrectly states and ssumes that "tourism would lose all value and deprive all countries of a significant source of income."
BELIEVING that each nation should hold the right to destroy historical sites as they see fit,
FURTHER BELIEVING that each nation should hold that right without interference from an outside source,

Hereby decrees that Resolution #15 - "Protect Historical Sites" should be repealed by the United Nations.

Don't worry, you can - with Resolution #15 in place - do all of those things. There's no need to repeal it on grounds of sovereignty, as it in no way infringes upon it.
