The Republic of Cape Libertad United Nations Office.

Port Libertad.

Dear Distinguished Delegates of the United Nations,

Due to our ongoing concerns as to the protection of endangered plant and animal species both within our own borders and indeed the world over we plan to put forward a proposal for the implimentation of a UN resolution to take active steps to prevent the needless extinction of endangered species. It is our duty to take steps to avoid the human-caused destriction of unique and at-risk ecosystems and species thus further destabilising our environment, ecosystems and indeed losing specimins that can never be regained.

We humbly seek the endorsement of two fellow delegates so that we may put forward such a proposal for consideration. I ask all nations to support us in our effort to protect the world's most vulnerable animals and plant-life from being lost forever.

Your's Faithfully,

Comrade-Ambassador to the UN S. Hughs

You can only be endorsed by members of your region, so you'd be better off asking them than us.

But in any case, it seems pretty unlikely to me that no matter how much extraneous verbiage you strap on, your proposal would still be a flat of duplication of the resolution on endangered species we already have (http://nationstates.net/page=UN_past_resolutions/start=118).
