IT is a stable and democratic, typicaly peaceful nation ( such as the US, UK, or Cannada) to hold the weapons which it deams nescasery to defend itself with, so long as it doesn't hurt innocent civillians. I am against regulations. Countries have a right to build the weapons they wANT.:sniper:

The UN generally agrees with you (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=9384832&postcount=111), but may disagree with you in the cases of certain exceptional weapons.
