I started reading the existing resolutions, and I have noticed glaring holes in a few of them.
For example, resolution 14 would ban children from working in a family farm, which is more than a little absurd.
Can a resolution be modified in place, or does the resolution have to first be repealed and then a new resolution voted on to allow the changes to take place?
If the resolution must first be repealed, then there is a definite concern that a clarification needed in the resolution would result in the complete loss of the intent of the clarification as well as the loss of the original resolution.
THanks in advance.
