Do we have a UN Peace-Keeping Force?

No... There is something called "UN Army" rule, which OOCly forbids the formation of a form of a UN Army.

Though it is theoretically possible that a peacekeeper resolution could be passed with out contradicting that law.

But to simply answer your question... No.

Shut up, you'll give people ideas. We get enough of those submitted as is, the last thing is someone get the idea that there's a way to write one which gets around the rule.

There are two problems with "peacekeeper resolutions." The first is obvious - the direct prohibition of a UN army. Encouraging member nations to "donate" parts of their armies to other nations that request it would not constitute a UN army.

The second part of UN resolutions is a variation of the branding problem. In the real world, the UN can say "Nation N has a problem and WE will help." This is illegal in the NSUN.

So, for example, you could promote that recent "civilian reserves" (generally police) proposal in the recent RW US State of the union address and encourage nations to allocate a portion of that reserve to help out other nations that request it. Not exactly a "peacekeeping force" but it's good enough for NS work.
