Appilcation for empire of ivr to have nuclear arms
I would like to put to vote to the un for my empire to hold nuclear arms for protection from other nations who I believe to be a threat to my people an nation

We’d like to welcome the representative to the United Nations but as has been pointed out, Ivr needn’t request the permission of this organisation to build nuclear weapons.
On another note; our defensive department has told us that we should relay the following message to the honourable representative from IWI Corporation. We apologise for its contents, their public relations department has become a little "desensitised" to the idea of mass mur…errrm…tactically necessary collateral damage.

I'd like offer Ivr several nuclear weapons from Hirota. They are armed and in excellent working condition. Sadly the only delivery method we have at the moment all involve an explosive reaction, but let us know if you still want them? ;)
