Would this U.N. proposal go under the category "Enviornmental" and effect "All Business"? I tried this once before and it got deleted, so I want to be able to make it this time. If it doesn't go under any of them could someone offer a suggestion as to what I should change about it so it can be categorized?
TERRIFIED at the world's expensive, outdated, ineffective, fatuous, and dangerous ways to create energy,
NOTICING the increased support for an eco-friendly people,
REALIZING that nuclear energy is safe, cheap, and effective,
NOTING that one fissioned atom of uranium gives more than 10 million times the energy of one combusted atom of coal,
WORRIED that standing outside in the sun gives you more harmful radiation than living near a nuclear reactor,
NOTING that a nuclear reactor cannot explode the way a nuclear bomb can,
PLEASED that a Breeder reactor uses all types of uranium while the more common "Light-Water" reactor uses only one type (which also happens to be the least plentiful on the planet, accounting for only .7%),
EXAULTED that Breeder reactors can even operate on the waste of Light-Water reactors,
APPLAUDING that Breeder reactors can even use plutonium, the element used in atomic weapons, therefore reducing it's amount open to terrorists or other similiar orginazations,
CONTENT that within 10 years of operation, one Breeder reactor would have "breed" enough fuel to add a second reactor at no extra energy or fuel cost, thereby paying for itself,
REALIZES that Breeder reactors are the only way to the advancement of life and industry, thus the U.N. hereby mandates that all U.N. nations have __% of their energy needs met by Breeder nuclear reactors in the next 10 years, allowing individual nations to add reactors every decade if they see fit.
