Justice League Preposal
Members of my region the lexicon have recently encouraged me to bring up a preposal that would almost stop crime itself, of course I'm talking about "The Justice League". Yes this is a league of super heros that fight crime, but thats what makes it so great, next time a man with super powers comes your way, you will think twice about robbing that bank. This preposal should be highly supported, and would help create peace around the world. Those who appose this, appose the notion of peace itself.
Justice League
A resolution to improve world security by boosting police and military budgets.

Description: Purpose: Gathered group of people with super powers to fight crime and injusticeness.
Plan: Have a board of twelve super heros from around the world, in which to be on the board they must pass a test.

Odviously you don't want to stop crime, I mean this only premotes good behaviour, in no way whatsoever does this hurt the nationstates, it is the Super Heros who can be every where helping everyone.
EXCUSE ME, WHERE WAS THE SUPERHEROS WHEN THE LAST SEVERAL NATIONS GOT NUKED? NO WHERE, YOU WANNA KNOW WHY, DISORGANIZATION AND LACK OF MOTIVATION. Without a stong pay and a couple starbucks, there is no way these super heros are going to get off their lazy asses and save us, this proposal must go through!

People generally don't like getting their bottoms whooped by OMG Invincible Superheroes.. So that's why there are none around. If you want to RP superhoes that's your perogative... but you need to be careful to make sure invincible superheroes aren't truly invincible.
Sorta Like Superman and his Kryptonite.
This proposal is so ridiculous that it would be pointless to point out its ridiculousness.

It sounds rather like you're proposing the creation of an international force to enforce domestic laws. In what way will you distinguish the power allocated to these heroes from that accorded to an ordinary police force, and how do you intend to protect civil liberties from their superpowers?

My government is receptive to this proposal, but would like to suggest that international super powered peace keepers be required reveal their secret identity to the United Nations. For example, while there is a woman in Mikitivity named "Firefly" who has the ability to shrink in size, enabling her to solve many mysteries, her identity at this point in time is unknown. In order to provide her immunity for fighting crime, it would be nice to have her register.

Hi-instead of superheroes, maybe a better idea is to have a multinational terrorism fighting squad, along the lines of tom clancy's rainbow six.:sniper:
The rp would be interesting, anyway..
