First off, come up with a draft to post. It helps a lot. Next, use a spellcheck. Please.

If you want a proposal about disciplining persons that break the law...Im your man. Although there might be those who are too fluffy to like my ideas on public corporal punishment. but its a worthy Idea, write a draft, I'll tweak it and lets see if we can get this ball rolling.

I agree with Karmicaria's response about spellcheck, but in this case I wouldn't even bother coming up with a draft. Let individual countries decide how to d-i-s-c-i-p-l-i-n-e their children.

Oh come come, surely you can see the entertainment value in public corporal punishment. Why just the other day in the grocers in New Stalingrad there was this horrible little boy screaming at his mother to get him marshmallow or some other sweet that that hyperactive brat clearly didn't deserve. Any way she proceeded whip the be-jeez-us out of him.

I was thoroughly amused...Thats good parenting skills. I have since gotten her name from the Cheka files and nominated her for "Parent of the Year". I wish more people would whip their spoiled brats and then maybe the world wouldn't be going to hell like it is now.

Likewise the state should be able to do the same for petty crime, it would lower jailing costs. As it stands it could be classified as torture by some of the more fluffy of us. We could also save money by prescribing a good whipping rather than Ritalin.
