OOC: Indeed, RL references are illegal. If you really want to submit this, I suggest you rewrite it, leaving out any references to the "real world".

ooc: The RL references really need to go, as was already pointed out. It's way too long and doesn't follow the proper format. If you haven't noticed, there's a sticky at top of the forum. It's the rules for UN Proposals. Read it. Understand it. Use it. Here's the link.
