International Space Watch Initiative

The International Space Watch Initiative recognizes, that space objects like asteroids, meteors, and comets as well as other objects are in our solarsystem and our universe and may pose a threat to U.N member states and non-U.N member states..

Acknowledges the great work that Resolution #64 has done with regards to creating emergency plans if such a (NEO) like listed above is on a collision course with earth.

An entire field of science in the astronomic field needs to be created to study these objects as well as other mysteries in the Univerise.

Figuring out how the near earth objects move in space and time as well as the trajectories that these objects move is critical in preparing an action plan for a near earth object striking earth. Also, mysteries remain in the Universe that can be answered by a Space Watch initiative, and the Space Watch Initiative will be charged with looking and researching into these mysteries, for example, looking into neutrinos and how they operate and effect earth, the effect of sun spots on human health in space, and on the surface of the planet among others.

1) Creation of a International Space Watch Intiative that will;

a) Track and mark the trajectory of near earth objects as well as other objects that may enter into our solar system from the universe
b) Work to discover some universal mysteries such as
(I) Neutrinos
(ii) Sun Spots
(iii) Universal Expansion
(iv) Law of Gravity

2) Creation of a U.N funded telescope that will be operated by U.N member states to monitor near earth objects (NEO). The U.N funded telescope would also take 'snapshots' of the solar system, better detailing the solar system around us, recording comets, asteroids, and meteors, and also assisting in helping researchers answer some fundamental questions.

3) The creation of a conference called the International Space Watch Initiative Conference or (SWIC) that will allowed U.N member states top scientists to sit down at a conference and discuss the important topics with regards to the universe.

a) This conference can be held at one location or it can switch between U.N member nations.

b) The establishment of a youth committee to assist younger U.N member states' citizens to get involved in Space and (NEO) tracking. The conference would look to ways to get more of U.N member state's children interested in the astronomy field of science for the interest of looking at the Earth and protecting their home from threats.

c) Allow U.N member states top scientists to be able to tell the World Community what progress their individual nation state has had in the field of astronomy and allows the sharing of scientific information without any fears or threats.

Conclusion:

The International Space Watch Initiative will protect U.N member states from dangers and assist younger peoples and astronomic community in the interest of the Universe and answering some of the mysteries of our universe.

OOC: Is it okay with everyone?

Please don't make a new thread for each iteration of your proposal. Go back to the first post of your other thread and edit it in. If you want, you can keep the old version too, but it makes it easier.

If you need a title edit (to remove [Rough Draft]), ask in Moderation. Better yet, don't label it like that.
