The idea of this proposed respolution is to protect people from criminal/corrupt acts done by persons, and organizations. The governments, while are responsible for their citizens well being, are usually left out in the dark while events that could be within thier control are second guessed due to legal ramifications. My proposal is that people may protect themselves, property, families, neighbors, freedoms, etc against criminal, or corrupt acts without facing charges provided they do not damage innocent, property or persons.

Congrats on your first post!

As others have pointed out, this is not the correct forum for such a proposal.

But, it was your first post and you probably aren't familiar with all the rules.

If it confuses the Goofball, it is truly unintelligible.

OOC/IC: I'll have to get ahold of Twit Relations to send me someone to speak with this delegate.

It seems obvious to me.

(Oh wait, my superior language translation ability is supposed to be a state secret.)

Doesn't this duplicate UNR #94?
