I was wondering if there has been a proposal to allow euthenasia by the UN. If not then I would like to propose a memorandum on this subject.

I think that refers to euthAnasia, which is roughly equivalent to suicide. Lukewania was referring to euthEnasia, which translates from the greek to self-strengthening, or bodybuilding. I see nothing wrong with that as long as uncontrolled use of steroids isn't involved.
