I belive a new system should be inplace that every person part of a nation in the UN should recieve a personal ID card whith a traking system this will
BE CHEAP
HELP PREVENT MURDER KIDNAPS AND PEOPLE FALLING DOWN WELLS
WILL GIVE AUTOMATIC ID FOR BARS AND CLUBS
PARENTS CAN SEE WHERE THERE CHILDREN ARE AT ALL TIMES
SHOW ANY MEDICAL PROBLEMS IF SAY A PERSON FAINTS

So... do you want to make a UN proposal mandating everyone one has a Tracking ID card?

Heh... Good luck.

Good for you.

BE CHEAP

If you say so. Yet another thing to raise our taxes.

HELP PREVENT MURDER KIDNAPS AND PEOPLE FALLING DOWN WELLS

How will this prevent people from getting murdered, kidnapped and falling down wells?

WILL GIVE AUTOMATIC ID FOR BARS AND CLUBS

So?

PARENTS CAN SEE WHERE THERE CHILDREN ARE AT ALL TIMES

Are you really that paranoid?

SHOW ANY MEDICAL PROBLEMS IF SAY A PERSON FAINTS

Meh. Still not justification enough to do this. My tax rate is high enough. I don't need this adding to it.

OOC:For future reference, try writing it into a proposal. There are rules and guidelines for that sort of thing.

And how do you propose technologically under-developed nations should implement this?

WILL GIVE AUTOMATIC ID FOR BARS AND CLUBS

This is hardly a priority.

Over-protective parents would use that to ruin alot of kids lives. That's alot of peoples worst nightmare.

Damn straight. Nuclear war? Global economic depression? Contracting cancer? Being boiled alive? No, what really gets me sweating is the idea someone's parent might not let Timmy play on the swings.

There really is a joke here. This is so ... last year. Kids want cell phones. Kids want parents to pay for cell phones. Parents put GPS tracking devices in cell phones. This is happening right here; right now. This is the dawning of the age of the 24/7 monitored child!

Funnia Lan like many other countries, already has three identification systems:
1. CID (citizen ID number given at birth)
2. finger printing (all citizens and residents are finger printed)
3. passport (ours has a biometric record of the finger print) for international (transborder) travel.

We oppose the introduction of a separate international ID system. We are happy to support an increase in the security features required in NS passports.Any ID system belongs in the domestic realm and is not for the UN to impose.

just my personal opinion here,
but this idea is quite impractical.
some of the features are too ..........idealistic(for lack of a better word)
and as for preventing murde, wouldnt it be easier to murder someone if you could track them down with the id card.:(:sniper:
