Repeal "Stop privacy intrusion"
A proposal to repeal a previously passed resolution

Category: Repeal
Resolution: #10
Proposed by: Bonestasia

Description: UN Resolution #10: Stop privacy intrusion (Category: Human Rights; Strength: Strong) shall be struck out and rendered null and void.

Argument: Be it herein resolved that the resolution "Stop privacy invasion" be rendered null and void.

ACKOWLEDGING that conversation between peoples is private to some degree
AND CITING that intrusion does occur in nations, large and small, great and weak throughout the Earth
AND FURTHER ACKOWLEDGING that privacy is to be respected in some forms of government.
HOWEVER
We do so find that in governments formed upon the principles of communism, Marxism, socialism, and totalitarianism that privacy does not exist, in that, the government is always informed of it's peoples actions. It is a basic and undeniable part of the governments herein and above stated that all forms of communication are free to interception.
AND FURTHER CITING that these forms of government exist all over the world, and exist within the United Nations, thus making this resolution unfair in it's requirements and impossible to follow.
AND FURTHER MORE CITING that resolution #10, “Stop privacy intrusion” provides no outline of how these laws are to be enacted, or enforced and contradicts itself in stating that “communications...shall NOT be intercepted......and all interception must be approved by the Judiciary...”.
AND QUESTIONING as to what exactly the “Judiciary” is.
AND NOTING all these points as evidence, I herein submit and request that forthwith the resolution "stop privacy intrusion" be struck down and rendered null and void from this point on.

A proposal to repeal a previously passed resolution

Category: Repeal
Resolution: #53
Proposed by: Bonestasia

Description: UN Resolution #53: Universal Freedom of Choice (Category: Human Rights; Strength: Significant) shall be struck out and rendered null and void.

Argument: Herein and Henceforth, I request that this body review and strike down UN resolution #53, "Universal Freedom of Choice"

CITING that in certain government forms, choice is a freedom and a privilage.
AND CITING FURTHER those governments right to grant such a privlage to their citizens respectively.
HOWEVER in certain and common existing forms of government, the privlage of choice thereof is not granted in line with basic functioning principles of those nations and their respective forms of government.
AND CITING that tose governments make rational decision for their citizens.
HEREIN DO I SO FIND that this resolution is impossible to follow based upon the fact that certain peoples exercise their governmental right to restrict choice over the privlage of their peoples ights to choice.
AND SO I do so humbly request that UN resolution #53,"Universal Freedom of Choice" be stuck down forthwith and rendered null and void.

Approvals: 9 (Iron Felix, Compulsoria, Gruenberg, Iznogoud, Leg-ends, WZ Forums, Bonestasia, Nevadar, Spike Mountain)I don't think "that totalitarian governments exist" is much of an argument. And it's spelled "privilege." Still, your writing is better than most, and I essentially agree that #10 is without substance (or force), and should be given its rightful place in the ashbin of resolution history.

These probably won't reach quorum this time. When you resubmit them, separate the clauses like this for easier reading:
Be it herein resolved that the resolution "Stop privacy invasion" be rendered null and void.

ACKOWLEDGING that conversation between peoples is private to some degree;

CITING that intrusion does occur in nations, large and small, great and weak throughout the Earth;

FURTHER ACKOWLEDGING that privacy is to be respected in some forms of government.

HOWEVER, we do so find that in governments formed upon the principles of communism, Marxism, socialism, and totalitarianism that privacy does not exist, in that, the government is always informed of it's peoples actions. It is a basic and undeniable part of the governments herein and above stated that all forms of communication are free to interception.

CITING that these forms of government exist all over the world, and exist within the United Nations, thus making this resolution unfair in it's requirements and impossible to follow.

FURTHERMORE, citing that resolution #10, “Stop privacy intrusion” provides no outline of how these laws are to be enacted, or enforced and contradicts itself in stating that “communications...shall NOT be intercepted......and all interception must be approved by the Judiciary...”.

QUESTIONING as to what exactly the “Judiciary” is.

NOTING all these points as evidence, I herein submit and request that forthwith the resolution "stop privacy intrusion" be struck down and rendered null and void from this point on.

Herein and Henceforth, I request that this body review and strike down UN resolution #53, "Universal Freedom of Choice"

CITING that in certain government forms, choice is a freedom and a privilage;

CITING FURTHER those governments right to grant such a privilage to their citizens respectively;

HOWEVER, in certain and common existing forms of government, the privlage of choice thereof is not granted in line with basic functioning principles of those nations and their respective forms of government.

CITING that those governments make rational decision for their citizens.

I started fixing some of the spelling/punctuation. It still needs some work, I'm not an expert on the usage of semi-colons though. I'm not crazy about the words you've chosen to begin the clauses with either. All those "CITES", "CITING" and "FURTHER CITING"s are sort of repetitive. You might think about changing some of them.

Also try to get them out of 1st person singlular. You're not an "I" in this game, you're an entire nation. Look at the style guides in this forum's stickies for some phrasing advice.
