This is my first proposal, so please be kind with your criticisms. I am looking for advice, suggestions, and overall changes to make this a better resolution. Please help me out!

I think Resolution #97, "Universal Library Coalition", covers this.

I agree with the G-unit on the previous resolution doing the job sufficently.

However, the draft is pretty well written, and would hope you continue to contribute to the UN.

At first glance, we thought this proposal was, as has been noted, a duplication of NSUN Resolution #97. On a re-reading of that resolution, though, we find that it actually isn't. NSUN Resolution #97 works toward creating a digital archive and a rotating select collection. This one proposes facilitating interlibrary loan -- something quite different.

That being said, we doubt that, with NSUN Resolution #97 already on the books, this one would gain enough support to pass. A good effort, but not a viable one, we believe.

Hmmph. Figures that someone would have stolen my brilliant ideas. I ought to work on my security measures!

Thanks for the input. I'll try again, right after I execute my labratory staff for "egregious sceurity violations" and "looking at me funny."
