Continued from silly proposals:

Mik, I agree that you can find corelations like that on many proposals, however you also have to look at circumstances surrounding it. In my experience, proposals by little-known authors tend to include me (being delegate of a region starting with A) in their telegram campaigns. In this case, I saw none. Add on that it got first page status while your proposals (for one) were going through submission and TG campaigns there is little reason to actually relate it to proposals that we normally track statistically - such as Gruenberg's. LAE is an excellent example - he sends out hundreds of TGs to get his proposals to quarom and the effect on this means that the number of endorsements he gets has little relation to how well it will do when compared to, say, your proposals where the TG campaigning is toned down or ACCEL's proposals where they have a quick-list of people they know are willing to work with them. In this case, I actually think the endorsement count indicates that we're going to be seeing it absolutely plow through the UN.
