Unfortunately I realized that I could have all of you check this and make changes to it after I submitted it, so now I'm just going to look for general feedback.
UN Anti-Piracy Act
To the Honorable United Nations General Assembly:
SEEING that piracy and pirated goods are a violation of the UN Copyright Convention, in that they reproduce goods without consent of the copyright holder,
1. DEFINES piracy as the unauthorized production of electronic devices, such as cellular phones, clothing, and copyright Software, Motion Pictures, Television Shows, Music Records, and other types of Intellectual Property contained within a Compact Disc (CD), Digital Video Disc (DVD) and other similar media (which shall be defined as Digital Media);
2. URGES UN member nations to create severe penalties for such action;
3. URGES companies manufacturing Digital Media and Electronic Devices to create holographic security seals on their devices and Media;
4. CREATES an International Registration Database of all Copyrighted Digital Media and Electronic Devices created by authorized companies;
5. MANDATES that all Digital Media be declared at National Customs at the Port of Entry to any nation upon arrival, and compared to aforementioned database;
SEEING that copyright may be transferred to be legally produced to a company not registered with aforesaid database,
CREATES procedure to legally transfer and register copyright to given company,
1. Both parties, manufacturing individual or company, and copyright holder, or their legal representing counsels must file said transfer with the UN Copyright Office, which will release a document to manufacturer and receipt to copyright holder;
2. Manufacturing company must create serial numbers for each created Electronic Device or Disc that must be reported to the UN Copyright Office;
3. Manufacturing company must have all Electronic Devices and non-Software Digital Media registered with purchaser upon sale, and all Software to have a non-cancelable Registration step upon installation.
