I have enough votes to be a UN delegate. My region of REDSOX LAND is 2 days old and has 3 people in it currently. The other two people have endorsed me to be the UN delegate. On my Region page it says:
UN DELEGATE: none
How do I become the Delegate?!?!?
If you still have the most endorsements when the NationStates update occurs, you'll be the Delegate. The update occurs sometime between 2AM and 5AM Central Daylight Time.

Alpert Nation, this is the second such thread you've posted in the UN forum that essentially is about game mechanics. Please take the time to read the FAQ, which contains most or all of the answers you seek.
If you have any further questions about how to play this game that aren't addressed in the FAQ or one of the Forum Stickies, post them in the Gameplay forum. Or try reading a few thread titles before posting.
