I just put this act in as a proposal - looking for comments about it? It's my first proposal, and probably the only one I'm ever going to do - I just saw the hole in act #169, and it bothered me.

OOC: Go read #169, then read my proposal. I appreciate the nature of #169, but I believe it is too lenient. Like I said in my proposal, it doesn't set a clear line of what age is considered "age of consent," and it doesn't set a minimum punishment.
Believe me. I'm all for kiddie porn being banned.
