I can't think of any others. However, there are some more that would probably would be needed, and could be abstracted.

#32, Global AIDS Initiative - The third clause establishes a UN-administered fund to buy and distribute drugs.

#67, Needle Sharing Prevention, and #84, NS HIV AIDS Act - Both use (though neither establishes) UNAIDS. The latter also has several sub-programs administered by UNAIDS.

#85, Support Hemp Production - There is an allusion to provision of funds by the UN, so somebody would presumably regulate this.

#126, Fossil Fuel Reduction Act - A set of exemptions is listed. For these to be granted, some form of committee would need to review the case.

That's all I can find. This strikes me as a very useful list.

Needle Sharing Prevention was back in the day when RL references were allowed ... I was just trying to build a bullet-proof defense for the resolution. But we could probably just assume that a UNAIDS was created. (I'll roleplay that Mikitivity donates *generously* to that program.)

I've added L&E's original post to the UN Consolidation Sticky. (I did it now because our mod tools work better on shorter threads. We can always delete it later)

L&E, you can collect ideas here, finalize your list, and then edit it into the sticky yourself. You might also talk to Texan Hotrodders about his proposed replacement sticky, still under construction.
