I submitted the proposal "Protection of Native Cultures" again and it went well, until I came back from Vacation Mode and I didn't saw it any longer. I got no TG it was deleted

Proposals only last 4 days. If they haven't gathered enough approvals by then, they expire. The fact you "came back from Vacation Mode" suggests it simply timed out.

Very little gets to quarom without active support. We didn't hear about it so it probably didn't get very close to quarom.
