As the healthier environment proposel went out, I found that that person was trying to cut down on energy and the such, but I think that we also should try to rehabilitate our environment also. Like: when a tree is killed, we plant one; or if we change our habitat so that it is accesible to various animals.
That would be a good addition. Maybe I'll add that to my new draft. The tree thing would be good but the animal thing with making environments so they are accessible would be much harder.
Well as the last draft wasn't well thought out (well it was midnight and I was tired) I am planning to do some research before proposing a new draft. This should (hopefully) get more approvals. The last one got 29 or 39 or somewhere between there.
