I need ideas for a new UN proposal so I can get at least 1 promised endorsement from a nation in my region, and that way I can be a valid representative. Please don't hesitate to provide any ideas which you may have (if you are in a good enough mood to provide any), and help a good cause. Many thanks in advance.

Ideas are a precious commodity here. You should try developing your own. You may wish to start by reading through passed resolutions and thinking "what's missing?" or "what's wrong?"
If you aren't interested in putting that much time into it, then you've come to the wrong place. We put a lot of time and effort into our proposals and discuss various issues extensively. Giving out ideas to random people is frustrating when we spend so much time trying to come up with our own.
