With all due respect, this will probably never reach the vote because it does nothing. Since it only urges UN nations to do things it has no enforcable power.
OOC: Here in Canada the Gun Registry was one of the worst things the last government did. It cost billions of dollars and failed. It was a good idea in principle, but guess what? The criminals just didn't registar their weapons. So the police and government had records of those responsible owners who had weapons, but not those who commited crimes.

Hmmmm make it harder for a law abiding person to have a gun, how dumb is that, does anyone realy believe that regiistration and gun control really works??? A crimanal will always be able to get a gun, and is a law abiding person can not own a gun then it is nothing more then open season to the public:sniper:
