I think a Patients Rights Act is a very good idea but I think the oppinion of the
patient should be very important even if he is sick. A Physician should not decide
about a patients life alone. Earlier the day I suggested a gremium but I think it's very important that every patient names a person, a good friend, familymember or a person he trusts which can decide what happens to the patient if he is not able to do this anymore longer itself.
