I've been looking through the old UN resolutions and all of the repeal proposals lately. Since there are lots of both, why don't we make a thread consolidating all of the repeal proposals? It would contain nothing more than a list of repeal proposals and anyone wanting to repeal a resolution can add theirs to the list. Discussion will be left to each proposal's respective thread.

I'm not sure what you're saying. You mean start a thread that indexes all repeals? Why? We don't have one for proposals.
It was a spur-of-the-moment idea. I didn't think it through and now I feel stupid.
