Good luck (not). Although sexual freedom isn't a great peice of legislature, the right to get funky is considered sacred by the majority of nations. Given your argument I would bu surprised if your repeal made quarom.

Repeals don't add new law; they strike out old law. From your synopsis, it sounds like I'll have to feed your repeal to Fido.
