At least one of either a bathtub or a shower;
in order to comply with hygiene standards and prolong life expectancy.

Furthermore, vaccinations should be made available to the public, although they don't have to be mandatory.
Vaccinations against the big diseases such as:
Malaria, typhoid, rubella, cholera, polio, et al.

So maybe they have this because they are trying to comply with this resolution so what are we doing here.
POINTING OUT that the cost of piping and running water to some provide the people of certain areas the ability to have bathing facilites and the afformentioned fact that some communities use natural facilites to bath.

Where does the resolution say they have to have plumbing with that toilet or shower or bathtub.. all it says is they have to have it.. also all a toilet needs to be is a #10 can... or a dry tree near your residence...

OH just noted is says 'should have' yet doesn't say at what point they 'should have' or to what level or actual standards what they 'should have' is built.
ADDRESSING the fact that the poorrer nations of the world would spend a fortune to make vaccines availible to all when humanitarian can already do that for them.
Why should any other nation pay for something all nations; themselves need to be paying for in order to protect their own national work force from these so called 'big deseases' that could cripple it or destroy it...?

Then again if HUMANITARIAN is already doing this why bring up any issue of providing what they aready do for folks...? Also why are people dying because they can't get what they need to stop prevent diseases from spreading..? Seems HUMANITARIAN is working well...
ADDRESSING the vaugness of the term "big diseases".

I'm sure the NSUN Gnomes are doing well to see that just what is needed to be stockpiled is being stockpiled in the right amounts and places so they can be used as intended. Also I'm sure they know what a 'Big Disease' is thus see no problem with this part... of origninal... as they are suppose to be pretty ugly and smart critters....

Also due to the nature of diseases in NS it would be hard to list all the so called 'big diseases' out there... let alone limit one to a region it would be found in Real World in as in NS it could be found in any region.... thus we leave it up to those Gnomes who handle all the details of such resolutions as this one.

Um...you never actually get around to repealing the resolution.

Devided on this repeal...its a bad resolution (although I like available vaccines) but it's also a bad repeal...

Um...you never actually get around to repealing the resolution.Well, you don't have to actually say you're Repealing, as the Proposal itself makes that clear. However, you're kind just left hanging wondering "...and?" without it.

Where does the resolution say they have to have plumbing with that toilet or shower or bathtub.. all it says is they have to have it.. also all a toilet needs to be is a #10 can... or a dry tree near your residence...

Actualy, as defined in the dictionary a toilet is "A fixture for defecation and urination, consisting of a bowl fitted with a hinged seat and connected to a waste pipe and a flushing apparatus; a privy." Which would mean it needs both running water and plumbing

OH just noted is says 'should have' yet doesn't say at what point they 'should have' or to what level or actual standards what they 'should have' is built.

Not to sound like a monster but many nations have had dieseases that have been in their country for hundreds of years yet they are still here.

Then again if HUMANITARIAN is already doing this why bring up any issue of providing what they aready do for folks...? Also why are people dying because they can't get what they need to stop prevent diseases from spreading..? Seems HUMANITARIAN is working well...
So the barely surviving countries with almost no budget will do better?

I'm sure the NSUN Gnomes are doing well to see that just what is needed to be stockpiled is being stockpiled in the right amounts and places so they can be used as intended. The document makes no effort to try and define "big diesease", nor does the document say that it should be defined by region

Ok, I can see my proposal can use some work so I won't send it to voting just yet

True in the real world but possibly in some NS nations they have yet to even have a dictionary so still running the bears off and using their trees.. Then a good leaf to clean or a dip in the creek.

Also TOILET or OUTHOUSE serve for the same function in many places today and an OUTHOUSE even a LATRINE which is another term has no running water to it... Thus you would be imposing on certain poor nations the duty of providing above what they might be able to provide.

Also many disease that are common to a local region have little effect on the natives of said region but can do severe harm to anyone visiting the region. Thus say Smallpox may be a mild disease in 1700 to English but to Native Americans it was hell.... so you see how hard it might be to figure so called 'big diseases'.. especialy in NS world..

As for providing proper healt standards for a nations citizens I think that the existing resolution does well and doesn't impose to much on nations.... so it for me works...
