I had an idea for a propsal that would tighten the number of biological agents a nation may posses. [Global Disarmament--Strong]
I'm wondering if such a resoultion already exists, I'd like to know without reading through all of them.

There is no chemical ban at the moment: there was one, but it was repealed; another reached quorum, but was withdrawn by the author.
Resolution #109, Nuclear Armaments, protects the right to possess nuclear weapons - so you would have to repeal that if you wanted to ban them (please don't) - but you could pass a resolution limiting the number/size/other characteristics of nuclear weapons allowed without a repeal.
