WHEREAS, the United Nations functions to further the well-being of the world as an international community, and
WHEREAS, the UN should take legislative measures to successfully accomplish this mission, and
WHEREAS, such legislation may be used in the form of support for fellow nations or in the form of prevention from social and/or civil unrest, so
Therefore be it PROPOSED that,
The United Nations enact an International Emergency Aid Program, which will serve the following purposes / actions:
To economically support any member nation in times of political, social, or civil unrest through monetary funds established by the United Nations.
To aid any member nation in political, social, or civic reconstruction after any sort of violent insurresction causing the disfunction of that nation's government.
To enforce international law in all member nations qualifying for such enforcement aid during times of emergency political, social, or civil unrest.
Br it further CLARIFIED that such program will only serve its purposes if the member nation in question is in qualifying extreme emergency needs of political, social, or civic aid.
