it says "Uh-oh
The name you've supplied for this proposal isn't valid. It may contain some illegal characters, or be too short." whenever i try to post a proposal, no matter what i name it. why is it doing this?
What are you trying to name them?

i've tried Universal declaration of human rights, declaration of rights and freedoms, declaration of rights, human rights and freedoms, rights and freedoms, and human rights.
That's strange. It says "It may contain some illegal characters, or be too short"? There's one in the proposal list right now called THC.
You're not using any weird characters? Quotation marks?

In all honesty, you might want to stay away from these anyway, as they're not particularly descriptive. The first two contain too many characters, too.
