Read it and endorse it. It is an add on to Resolution 50: UN Space Consortium.
It allows the U.N.S.C. (United Nations Space Consortium) to sell stock of other planets not just the Moon, like in UN Space Consortium.
It also allows the scientist(s) that discovered the planet, star, galaxy, or constellation to sell the naming rights.

UN Space Consortium Act 2
A resolution to reduce barriers to free trade and commerce.
Category: Free Trade
Strength: Significant
Proposed by: The Wandering Nomads 2
Description: This proposal adds on to UN Resolution 50: Un Space Consortium by the extinct country Rixtex.
UN Space Consortium says that no nation can claim title to the moon, and the U.N.S.C. (United Nations Space Consortium) would sell parts of land through the sale of stock.
This proposal, being almost a year after, since we have more technology and have had exploration rovers on Mars, would allow the U.N.S.C. to sell stock of all the other discovered planets.
Also, a new idea has been put forth. When a scientist discoverers a new planet, star, galaxy or constellation, or the discoverer of the space object(s) that has not been named yet, if the scientist is willing, legally, can sell his right to name the planet to a bidder.
These bids will be sent to the Provisional Board of Directors in the U.N.S.C., checked for legitimacy, then sent to the discovering scientist(s) for selection.
The scientist(s) will not have to give it to the highest bidder, but can screen the names before his/her selection of the winner is made.
Like Rixtex said, "Let the nations of the world move forward together to a new frontier."

It's not an ammendment it's a whole proposal by itself. It is just based on that proposal.

I have a feeling the references to the UNSC activities would constitute MetaGaming.
Anyway, it clearly is an amendment. However, I would support a more general UN space agency; perhaps you could turn your proposal in that direction?

IF any moderate reads this you can stop this thread.
Since amendments are illegal, and it probably won't reach queue.

More accurately, it won't reach queue because I've already deleted it.
