This is a choppy incomplete sentence. It's hard to read, and it doesn't make your resolution look like something that delegates will endorse. http://test256.free.fr/UN%20Cards/grammarnazi3jh.png

Since a nation can define consent as "the government says yes", I really doubt that this is a "significant" resolution. Try "mild".

Both of them need a preamble, and more beef. They're kind of eyesores. Look at some of the proposals that have been recently passed. You need more information on exactly what you're saying, and a definition of "human embryos". Are these new embryos? Dead embryos? I don't see why we can't sell those. Etc.

The first one may be partly covered under this one now on books...

UNITED NATIONS RESOLUTION #56
BioRights Declaration
A resolution to improve worldwide human and civil rights.
Category: Human Rights
Strength: Significant
Proposed by: The free carolinas
Description: The United Nations and its member states shall hereby recognize and henceforth regard the inherent rights of cloned and genetically engineered persons as being the equal of those of naturally born and unmodified persons.

Thus might be considered an amendment to it. As GenoType if I understand would be.. human or clone or genetically engineered persons. As each would have their own GenoType here they are already made equal to so called naturally born and unmodified persons also having their own GenoType. Thus it would not be needed since this already makes all equal thus no reason for discrimination between each.

As for the other believe somebody already asked what is the status of these human embryos at time of sale. As ones that would not grow or form to a normal human would serve certain medical needs thus their sale for such should be permitted to cover cost of such medical procedures as might come out of them.

Erm.. no. First of all, conflict of interests. We support uncontrolled science. You want to restrict it due to what seems to be ethics. Which have never done the world much good.

Secondly, what does it say? With the undstanding that Genotype is defined as: the genetic Identity of an autonomous individual, or group. Or in my mind, and I believe most peoples "Blah blah blah, blah blah blah-diddy-blah, the blah blah blah de blah"

We're not rocket scientests, so maybe simplification is much appreciated,:)
