RECOGNIZING that several proposals have giving us the right to declare war on any nation

GIVEN the fact that Interrogation Spying Are necessities in todays modern warfare

GIVING All Nations the right to spy and Interrogate will help save many,many lives of Sentient or robotic beings

Aside from the glorious numbers of grammatical errors, are you saying that we have the right to spy and interrograte enemies of the state no matter where they are or within our own borders.

NOTING that there hasn't been a such thing as a time when it wasn't turbulent and war was not commonplace since the first group of humans lived in the same cave together - and even then, the only reason there wasn't war is because most people don't think of family squabbles as war.

NOTING that those are resolutions you are refering to and your grammatical errors are, again, prevelent.

GIVEN the fact that Interrogation Spying Are necessities in todays modern warfare

WONDERING when "Interrogation Spying" became a term and how it could be classified as "modern warfare" when it has been around and used for centuries or even why it is more important today than it was, say, 50 years ago.

GIVING All Nations the right to spy and Interrogate will help save many,many lives of Sentient or robotic beings

WONDERING when all nations didn't have this right.
