I'm sure all of you have noticed the huge trend of repeals currently happening.
4 of the last 6 resolutions passed have been repeals
the current proposal is a repeal, and will easily pass
3 of the 4 proposals that have reacheda quorum are repeals
Any comments or reasoning?

By the time we vote on Repeal "Abortion Rights", 8 of the last 11 proposals to reach quorum will have been repeals.
Of those 8, I've authored or co-authored 3, and campaigned for a further 3, so I suppose I'm as well placed as any to say:
There is no reasoning. It just happened that we got a bottleneck of repeals. Not an evil plan, not a right-wing conspiracy, not even a disturbing trend. I - and many others - support well-written proposals, be they new laws or repeals. It just so happens of late people have been concentrating on repeals. By March, I'd bet people will be saying "where are all the repeals?"

You will probably be proven correct--by march, all the bad resolutions will have been repealed.

There are about 100 bad resolutions...

Known fact. We've discussed it a few times already - and then a few more repeals came down the tube after we finished discussing it. As Gruen said, there's no real reason or logic behind it. Various projects are again getting under way so we've got a few resolutions down the tube over the next month or so from the regulars - PC might rehash a recently deleted one, Mikivity I believe has one coming up and LAE just started on his first project of the new year so the top 3 proposal writers (in terms of number written) have some stuff coming up. Other proposal collection points are starting to show a lot more proposals. It just happened and we're coming up on a surge of proposals now.

4 out of 6 and 3 out of 4?
I really don't think these figures constitute a "trend." In each case, one less repeal would create an even split. A trend of repeals? I think not, regardless of how much I would enjoy seeing one.

4/6 and 4/5 (8/11). It would take 5 straight non-repeals to balance the trend - and this is since Sheknu withdrew his Chem Weapons Ban.

(Actually, just to complicate things, that's not quite accurate. The UN Timeline goes on 'date of decision'. The Ban was deleted before Repeal RtD passed, but it was queued after it. So it should have been Repeal RtD, then CWB, then Repeal "Save the forests of the World". So I guess 8/12.)
We of Krankor believe in repealing Scientific Freedom. We don't think scientists should be allowed to run around free. In fact we have several of them imprisoned on our planet. If they were free they would just run around without dignity like the Ritz Brothers.

Here's the problem, though: If the repeals keep happening, we won't have any laws left. Think about it. Nothing is being replaced, just taken out. This is totally unconstructive, and probably represents the further decline of NS civilization as we know it.

THe government that governs best, governs least. All of us good conservatives (and libertarians) know that. Besides your fears are groundless. There are plenty of laws left. Know matter how much I would like to repeal 'en all an start over, realistically I can't beacause 1) as 'Don' Flibble pointed out, they make more laws quicker than we can repeal them, and 2) there are some laws the fluffies and green weenies won't let us, no matter how toothless and useless they are. Think of this as an end of the year housecleaning, we're doing the hard work cleaning so y'all can legislate us to death.:p Its just pure coincidence that a bunch of repeals are in queue right now. Really no evil conservative conspiricy, pard. Here, relax, and have a popsicle.*Texas Jack Funk hands delegate a Fine Yeldan Orange Popsicle(TM) from the small freezer in the palentine delegation*
