The bill allows doctors to use controlled substances aggressively to alleviate pain, while barring them from using such drugs for the purpose of assisted suicide. The measure would supersede nations law. effectively that allows lethal prescriptions to be ussued to the terminally ill. and preventing such laws from going into effect in other nations.

Where's that fart card - you need to add it to the official list so I can use it more often....

Are you suggesting this proposal has incestuous relationships with its uncle?

Please...go away? By the way, the titles contradicts the fact that your proposal doesn't allow physician assisted suicide.

Why? This is completely meaningless and illegal, as well as being deeply dubious on the grounds that this means that any prescription by a doctor would have to be extraodinarily rigorously checked, so as to ensure it could not be used for Euthanasia.

In short, pointless and over-complicated.

May the blessings of our otters be upon you.
