Listen
My nation uses Angels as its currency, has an elite Educational system, and serves a population of approximately 2 billion people. This idea would do shit for me. However, other nations in my region have toilet economies with a total government budget of maybe 10 billion and serve only 5 million people. This idea would bankrupt them.

My nation is a UN member, and is protected by Representation in Taxation. This idea is illegal.

Compadria already spends 12%, some 350 billion Strachans (approximately 85 billion dollars) of the national budget in order to fund a school system that serves a country with a population of 935 million. Whilst we would be grateful for a U.N. handout, we aren't in any great need of it at present.
May the blessings of our otters be upon you.

Since we don't have any taxes, we're pretty impressed with these numbers. Can we have some UN funding too?
Random figuring: Using the US as a base, I'm going to say there's about 1,259,690,000 people of schooling age. That gives an average of $15,874.54 per student per year. That sounds pretty good to me, I guess.

Nah: Hack [or his UN puppet] wouldn't get a cent/penny/etc. Hersfold's schools, however, are I imagine very well funded.
