I Would Like To Bring a Bill To The Table Claiming To Fund 25 Billion Dollars In Prision Construction For The Nation of Americanah. Crime is at Its Low Thanks To The Police Force. But The prisons Are Filling Up And pretty Soon There Wont Be Anymore Room For Criminals. I Want My Nation To Be a Safe Nation And Great Nation But With Out The Funds That Wont Happend. So I Ask That Someone Will Help Me Bring This Matter To The Floor.

The United States of Americanah is a tiny, environmentally stunning nation, notable for its strong anti-business politics. Its hard-nosed, cynical population of 6 million are ruled without fear or favor by a psychotic dictator, who outlaws just about everything and refers to the populace as "my little playthings."
The large, corrupt, moralistic government devotes most of its attentions to Law & Order, with areas such as Social Welfare and Religion & Spirituality receiving almost no funds by comparison. The average income tax rate is 30%, but much higher for the wealthy. Private enterprise is illegal, but for those in the know there is a slick and highly efficient black market in Pizza Delivery.
Elections have been outlawed. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is relatively low, thanks to the all-pervasive police force. Americanah's national animal is the bold eagle, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the american dollar.
Americanah is ranked 12th in the region and 78,619th in the world for Greatest Rich-Poor Divides.

That might be considered normal procedure in North Americanah, and if so then wouldn't trying to force standardised rules aboout the use of capital letters on them be contrary to the principles of National Sovereignity? ;)

MetaGaming is a difficult to understand category at times, especially since it often shares jurisdiction with Game Mechanics violations. Essentially, a MetaGaming violation is one that breaks "the fourth wall", or attempts to force events outside of the UN itself. Proposals dealing with Regions, with other nations, Moderators, and requiring activities on the Forums are examples. This also includes Proposals that try to affect non-UN nations.

No, I cannot submit this proposal on your behalf as it would be illegal. The UN is not involved in funding projects within local jurisdictions.

A 25 billion dollar prison might work at throwing a full third of your population behind bars, but I personally think you'd be better off with an area surrounded by razor wire to use as a work camp. Its cost will be somewhere in the millions if not thousands (plus guards)
