In what way are nations in the UN forced to follow UN resolutions? I have noticied several iron-fisted countries who do not seem as if they follow UN mandate. Im just confused if they are "goodwill" resolutions or they are enforced.

Once a resolution passes, you get a telegram from the "Compliance Ministry", saying your laws have been brought into line with the resolution. So, yes, all UN nations have the resolution enforced. Their national stats will also be affected e.g. a free trade one increases economic freedoms.
