We suspect that the honourable delegate for the nation of The almighty mcbain is labouring under a series of delusions.

1). That underage sex is linked to (allegedly) immodest dress, when it is far more likely to be a result of hormonal imbalance, natural to most teenagers, unless pollution of some kind has been inducing this. Equally, how is the honourable delegate certain that the underage-sex rate is increasing? Observation?

2). That the honourable delegate thinks that we of the U.N. have a sense of humour. We don't, unless it involves humiliating people or pointing out the stupidities of their proposals. Therefore we aren't laughing at what he hashad to say.

3). That somehow this is attracting praiseful attention in his direction.
