Recognizing an impending threat, and having discussed that threat with member states, The United Socialist States of Theoretics has established that the core of our concerns lie in the questionable world policy regarding genocide and even apocalypse, and therefore we beseech the United Nations to assert explicitly its policy against genocide and apocalypse.

Description: The contracting parties declare that genocide, whether perpetrated in a time of peace of time of war, is unlawful, and declare the fundamental responsibility of the United Nations to protect the world from apocalypse, the ultimate act of genocide.
The United Nations,
DEFINING genocide as acts committed with intent to destroy in whole or part any ethic, racial, national, or religious group, and
DEFINING apocalypse as genocidal acts committed with intent to destroy the whole of all human life on the planet, and
RECOGNIZING the basic human right to freedom from total annihilation, and
ACKNOWLEDGING that legitimate war time targets consist of material, military, and semi-military installations,
BANS acts of genocide and weaponry developed specifically for the purpose of genocide, and asserts the basic responsibility of the United Nations to prevent genocide and apocalypse through all means possible.
