The UN says I will be booted if i summit this. What in the heck is wrong with it?
here is the proposal:

4- SUPPORTS organization of a event that will occur every 2 years where
1.1 All nations that request to can summit a team(s) to play in worldly games.
1.2 That will consist of a series of events where teams pit themselves against other teams (nations) to win medals/prestige in the name of athletic sprit.
5- AGREES that worldly games will increase physical fitness around the world.
6- SUGGESTS that we set this bill in action to get the games started ASAP
Section 2
Athletes/Games
1- Athletes will be hand picked by the nation; usually the highest performer in his/her sport. Nations may have up to 200 athletes, though there is no requirement to have 200.

So a security force comprised of elite men & women trained in riot control, body guarding, bomb controlling/dismantling and terrorist situations. A security force will be present at the games, protecting guests and athletes. These guard will have be trained to handle the above. The athletes will be escorted to the events by a guard(s) more popular athletes s will tend to have more Guards.
3- Host nations of the games are selected via the INTERNATIONAL GAMES LEAGUE, which selects athletes and vote on hosts’ nations.
