What's the purpose of this thread being in the UN?
Re-write:
There is no age limit on anything regarding the ownership or usage of the vehicles within the UN. This includes tractors. Even in real life, this is true - so the issue is very much a national one. I see no reason for you to bring this up here. Further, WTF does your poll have to do with.....anything?

Hello. There is no UN standard age for tractor licences. So you can set it as low as you want in your country, and we promise not to interfere.

I'd like to respectifully disagree with the Ennish Ambassador (could it be your world famous Ennish wine again at work again), because it is my understanding that only nations that consume large volumes of pbbblthhhhhs need worry about yesghdsghsghdghs.

Ah, but can a plasma gun stop a tractor? More importantly, is your accent as daft as the farmer's. :)
After all, due to "Spuds Law" the total force required to repel an angry Norfolk farmer on a tractor is equivalent to force extracted from the mashing of 500 potatoes in 15 seconds (or thereabouts, so our scientists claim).
