UN forum wiki page

The General forum has their own wiki forum. No fair. So, I thought I'd make a page for NSwiki (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/Main Page) on the UN forum. I don't see the need for it to be a wikified UN Sticky - that can just be linked - but I see it more as describing what to expect from the UN forum. Specifically:
the way legislation processes (I've started this)
the nature of UN debating
the Strangers' Bar
notable events

Again, this isn't intended as a replacement for the UN page, but rather as something to give a clear introduction to new players of what to expect from the forum. In my way, I've been rather...rambling. Also, I haven't been around for very long, so I'm missing oodles of history. I thought possible ideas would be a section on the Strangers' Bar, some notable forum debates, and some observations on rules changes, as to my knowledge, UN rules haven't been fully wikified.

In the spirit of wiki, I thought it'd be good if we all tried to contribute, so I'm posting this here, for those of you who don't use the wiki that often. Anyone interested in contributing? I see a section on the Strangers' Bar as being something which I'm definitely not qualified to write, but which would make a good inclusion.

Actually it is a great start.

Though I still dislike the term "Hackian Laws" and instead prefer "The Most Glorious Protocols" or "Hacked Protocols" in order to be consistent with the previous nickname for the UN rules.

Right. I'll change that, when I have time. Thanks.

Honestly, I'd go with whatever name people complain the least about. There isn't a rush. It just was the only thing I didn't love about the page. :)

There is so much more I want to do with the NSWiki ... I rather like it more than some of the UN cliques that form. Now that I've discovered photobucket, I eventually hope to flesh out more of Mikitivity and then the Red Cross <-- focusing more and more on roleplaying.

I've always mentally referred to them as the "Hack Guidelines" myself.

I use the Most Glorious Protocols, referencing the Enodian Protocols. Plus, it sounds a lot more impressive than the Hackian Rules.

I think this is an excellent page. On the NSwiki site, you usually have to root around a bit to find all the relevant information on the U.N., but here, it's all laid out in one, clear text. I look forwards to future modifications and improvements.

May the blessings of our otters be upon you.
