what you have to realise is that the UN is a democracy, with different nations and different views. from what i have seen, not many nations would actually support your ideas, and wouldnt back it enough to make it to quarum, let alone have the general vote.
also, a friendly piece of advice: the way you are going, a mod is going to end up banning you from a) the UN, b) the forum and, more than likely c) nationstates altogether

We would suggest this be used as a campaign slogan for the "pro death penalty ban" contingent if your posting habits continue as they are now. You have had several long time UN members attempt to enclue you in your other thread. We recommend giving their comments some thought.
