I disagree. We already have the Universal Bill of Rights. Anyway, human rights are currently being updated. I don't believe one resolution can cover them all in 3400 characters. And we don't any more HR legislation anyway.

And if you can get 30,000 nations to agree what "all human rights" are and enumerate them all so that there are no disagreements, I will hand over the keys to my country and let you run it, and then ask you to get 200 cats to march in line.
