Clean Language Proposal?

I recently noticed a proposal which I found highly offensive, and was wondering if there had already been a resolution passed to ban offensive items. Is there currently such a resolution, and if not,would anybody be willing to support me on such a proposal/resolution?
I would support you in creating a resolution that bans offensive language. Everyone can get their point across without using offensive language if they try.

Offensive proposals are already illegal. Report it to the mods and *click* it's gone.
But a clean language proposal may be considered illegal as it would require mod policing, and as such be a mechanics violation
Just out of curiosity, what is it called?

We would whole-heartedly endorse a "Clean Language" proposal. There's no place for profanity in public discourse.

It would be illegal because the game engine cannot police the language without game mechanics alterations. It's already covered in the Rules of Proposals, so I'd let it be.
